Code of Ethics & Business Conduct One of the most important factors in our company’s success is the way we conduct ourselves with our clients, suppliers, co-workers and competitors in the countries where we work. To ensure that our service consistently meets the highest levels of honor, IPTACS provides a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct to its trainers and representatives defining our standards of business conduct. The Code applies to everyone at IPTACS, regardless of position and level of responsibility, as well as to those who act on behalf of IPTACS. Senior management personnel at IPTACS have a special responsibility to model ethical behavior and to promote a work environment that encourages compliance with the IPTACS Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Business Conduct
Our company operates in a highly regulated business environment and its trainers and representatives live and work in countries all over the world. Our Code is designed to serve as a broad outline of IPTACS’ standards, expectations and legal obligations. The Code, company policies and procedures cannot address every business conduct issue we might face in the course of an assignment, thus it is an IPTACS business practice that our trainers/representatives contact the President/CEO for guidance in the event of a conflict. Standards for specific business practices and staff conduct are detailed in the IPTACS Code of Ethics and Business Conduct located on Client Resources and IPTACS Trainers sections of the website. The IPTACS Code of Ethics and Business Conduct can be made available to potential clients/partners, upon request to the President/CEO.
